Import school timetables and dated rotation assignments into ScreenNova’s Bell calendar. Appearance and displayed periods stay customizable.

Who qualifies for education pricing?
Verified K–12 schools qualify. Each school site needs its own license, and there is no district administration fee. Start a trial and request eligibility verification from ScreenNova support before selecting the education plan.
Will my existing plan change?
Existing paid accounts retain their current pricing and applicable discounts or caps. The prices on this page apply to new plans; any migration is reviewed separately.
When does paid billing begin?
Your workspace can start on a 14-day Free Trial. Paid billing begins when you activate PlayerFlex or SiteScale, and a paid plan is required to continue service after the trial ends.
Can we switch between PlayerFlex and SiteScale?
Contact ScreenNova support to arrange a change of plan type or billing interval at renewal. PlayerFlex bills each saved player on monthly plans or prepaid player licenses on annual plans. SiteScale covers licensed physical sites. Annual capacity increases are charged for the remaining term; reductions apply at renewal. There is no minimum player count or automatic plan switch.
How does SiteScale storage work?
SiteScale starts with 50GB included storage and scales upward as you increase licensed sites, reaching up to 1TB on larger deployments.
Can we add storage later?
Yes. Paid PlayerFlex and SiteScale workspaces can purchase additional storage from Billing. Storage upgrades apply after successful payment, and scheduled reductions take effect at the end of the current cycle.
Do plan changes reduce features?
Core signage and available MDM inventory stay included. Plan changes affect billing, storage, and licensed capacity. Jamf Control and Veracross Bell Schedules are optional on paid plans; all modules are included during active Trial, Demo, and beta access.
